A New Generation of Mexican Poets:
Coral Bracho, Tedi López Mills, Pedro Serrano, and Monica de la Torre
Seattle Art Museum,
Tuesday, October 29, 7:30 p.m.

Seattle Arts & Lectures and Copper Canyon Press present a reading by poets featured in Reversible Monuments: An Anthology of Contemporary Mexican Poetry (Copper Canyon Press, 2002). Reversible Monuments is the first major anthology of Mexican poetry in nearly fifty years and will introduce American readers to a new generation of Mexican poets. The reading will coincide with the Seattle Art Museum’s exhibit on modern Mexican art: Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, and Twentieth Century Mexican Art: The Jacques and Natasha Gelman Collection.
